The winery “Le Lune del Vesuvio” is located in the Vesuvius National Park, in the municipality of Terzigno, a few kilometers from the excavations of Pompeii and Herculaneum.
The vineyards located at about 300 meters above sea level occupy 12 hectares of the Estate in addition to one hectare of olive grove, all adjacent to the structure and surrounded by the vigorous Vesuvian flora; the broom in particular is the master of the landscape in different species.
On this unique and fertile volcanic soil, the Forno family has established itself in the wine tourism sector with the production of Vesuvius wines, becoming the ideal destination for tasting typical products of Campania cuisine including extra virgin olive oil, Piennolo tomatoes and the famous Lacryma Christi wine, directly in the company-owned vineyards.
Passion for winemaking and respect for tradition have been passed down from generation to generation to remain faithful to their peasant roots.
