La Rivolta

Love, passion, respect for the environment in which we all live.

This is Fattoria La Rivolta, a winery, managed by the Cotroneo family, in the heart of Torrecuso, in the province of Benevento.
The grapes harvested on the farm are, white grapes, Falanghina, Coda di Volpe, Fiano and Greco; red grapes are Aglianico and Piedirosso.

The cellar, equipped with the most modern equipment, is divided into two structures, one purely technical for winemaking and the other, located inside the old farm, where the refinement and bottling of the wines takes place.

A tour at Fattoria La Rivolta is an experience between nature, good food and typical Sannio DOP wines.
From the vineyard to the barrel cellar, the tour explains all the stages of grape processing. To end with a tasting of wines paired with typical gastronomic products of Sannio such as laticauda cheese and cannellini beans cooked in a wood oven.
